Question 1

What makes Asteria Spa different?

Accepted Answer

Asteria Spa focuses on customized, intentional, expert-led experiences. Every treatment is tailored to your goals, your skin, and your body’s needs. We avoid cookie-cutter services and prioritize education, comfort, and long-term results.

Question 2

Can I book online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can schedule any service directly through our online booking portal anytime.

Question 3

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins may be available depending on provider schedules but cannot be guaranteed.

Question 4

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $50 fee. A portion of that fee supports our commission-based providers.

Question 5

Do certain services require deposits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Services above a specific dollar amount require a deposit. If the appointment is missed and not rebooked within one week, the deposit is forfeited and paid proportionately to the provider and the business.

Question 6

Are your treatments safe for all skin types?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specialize in advanced skincare for all tones, concerns, and sensitivities. Your provider will assess your skin during a consultation to ensure every treatment is appropriate and safe.

Question 7

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Arrive a few minutes early to relax and complete any needed forms. Avoid retinol and exfoliating treatments 48 hours before most facial services unless directed otherwise.

Question 8

Can I add dermaplaning to any facial?

Accepted Answer

Dermaplaning can be added to any Yonka facial and select PCA treatments. Your provider will help determine if it’s the right enhancement for your skin.

Question 9

Do you sell gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Gift cards can be purchased online and automatically include a personalized thank-you message.

Question 10
